Semi permeant eyeliner is the process of tattooing below or above the water line to recreate the effect of makeup . lasting anywhere from 6mths to 3 yrs. Eyeliner retention is very dependent on the client and there is a possibility that Eyeliner doesnt stay in skin due to skin type.  A 4-6 week top up is inculded in this price and it is adviced for a yearly refresh to keep the liner looking perfect.
